We currently do not offer payment terms. Current payment is via credit card. However, we are offered on FAIRE and they offer payment terms. We will soon be adding KLARNA to our wholesale site so that terms are an opinion.

If you are tax exempt and have a resale certificate there will not be tax charged on your order. If you do NOT have a resale certification, tax will be charged based on the state tax in which you reside. 

Our opening order minimum is $400. Once your opening order has been placed, there are NO minimums or product restrictions/requirements after that.

Yes, you will have access to our “Wholesale Partner G-Drive”, which contains all the marketing materials you should need. Should you need anything more specific, we can work with you to create new material(s).

We do offer complementary damaged product replacements with photo proof of damage. 3 customer returns allotted per month. We find there are not returns very often :)

We do our best to have your order to you in about a week’s time. Standard order processing time is 3-5 business days, however; our warehouse usually processes orders ASAP unless there are holidays, long weekends, etc. We select the fastest estimated shipping times/carriers, although we unfortunately have no control over carrier delays.

Once you have access to your CLEARSTEM wholesale account, you will be able to place all orders from there. This is a wholesale only site, so all products will be listed at your discount.

We currently do not have sales representatives. Our Wholesale Manager works closely with accounts to assist with all of your account needs. We are working towards having more feet on the ground!

Yes, you will have access to ALL of our training(s) both past and future. We are big on education and always ask for your feedback about what you would like to see in our training(s).
