In stock orders typically ship within 24-48 hours which is why we cannot guarantee changes to your order or shipping address after you have placed your order. Domestic orders are typically received within 5-7 days. International orders can take between 2-4 weeks.
Note: During the Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping season, please be aware of potential shipping delays due to high order volume and carrier-related issues. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries, they may experience delays beyond our control. Factors such as adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances can impact delivery times.
Returns Eligibility:
Returns are accepted for wholesale orders only if the products meet one of the following criteria:
- The product(s) arrived damaged or defective.
- The wrong product(s) were shipped.
Returns for reasons other than those mentioned above, such as overstock or unsold products, are generally not accepted.
Return Process:
CLEARSTEM Skincare must authorize all returns. To initiate a return, please contact our wholesale support team at wholesale@clearstemskincare.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Clearly state the reason for the return and provide any necessary supporting documentation.
Upon approval, we will provide wholesale customers with a prepaid shipping label at our cost for the return.
Once we receive the tracking information of the returned item(s), we will then issue a replacement or refund.
Documentation:
Wholesale customers are required to provide the following information when requesting a return:
- Original order number
- A detailed description of the reason for the return
- Photographs showing the damage or defect
Condition of Returned Products:
Returned products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all original packaging and labeling intact.
Refunds and Credits:
If your return is accepted, your refund or credit will be processed and applied to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account.
Cancellation Policy:
Wholesale orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
