Do you offer payment terms?
We currently do not offer payment terms. Current payment is via credit card. However, we are offered on FAIRE and they offer payment terms. We will soon be adding KLARNA to our professional site so that terms are an opinion.
Will I have to pay sales tax?
If you are tax exempt and have a resale certificate there will not be tax charged on your order. If you do NOT have a resale certification, tax will be charged based on the state tax in which you reside.
Are there order minimums?
Our opening order minimum for Professional accounts is $450. After your initial order, there are no ongoing minimums.
Will I have access to marketing materials that I can use in my business?
Yes, you will have access to our “Professional Partner G-Drive”, which contains all the marketing materials you should need. Should you need anything more specific, we can work with you to create new material(s).
Do you offer replacements/returns?
We offer complimentary replacements for damaged products (up to three per account per month) with photo proof of damage.
How long does order processing and shipping take?
We do our best to have your order to you in about a week’s time. Standard order processing time is 3-5 business days, however; our warehouse usually processes orders ASAP unless there are holidays, long weekends, etc. We select the fastest estimated shipping times/carriers, although we unfortunately have no control over carrier delays.
How do I place my Professional orders?
Once you have access to your CLEARSTEM Professional account, you will be able to place all orders from there. This is a professional only site, so all products will be listed at your discount.
Do you have sales representatives that can visit us in person?
We currently do not have sales representatives. Our Professional Program Manager works closely with accounts to assist with all of your account needs. We are working towards having more feet on the ground!
Will I have access to the DITCH YOUR ACNE training program and/or other training(s)?
Yes, you will have access to ALL of our training(s) both past and future. We are big on education and always ask for your feedback about what you would like to see in our training(s).
